I ordered a discounted coach pocketbook from the above. The pocketbook finally arrived and it is made of rubber and vinyl. I was supposed to get a return form with this and there was none. The above will not answer my emails requesting a return address. I have written to them twice thus far. On their website, for discounted coach outlet.com you are supposed to be able to click on get return form here. You cannot do that either. I want my money back and I have no idea as to how to do this now.
