BOSS Negative Credit Reportage Ripoff scam

Shortly after receiving Macy's CC statement indicating reduction of credit due to negative report I investigated thru Experian my credit report;

At the very top was this company's statement that I have been in collection for a $11 amount since May. I have never done business with this company and automatically filed a dispute with Experian.

After attempting to call the listed number of BOSS, I was unable to contact via listed numbers; then I searched Google and found this web site with someone else filing similar complaint of bogus business charges.
