Ripoff took money out of our account, USA

My husband called me and ask me if I had bought anything on the internet for $298.00 and I told him no I had not. Today on July 6th $298.00 was drafted out of our account by Cybertel Security. No one has called me or talked to either my husband or I about taking this money out of our account. I have no idea how they got our account # other than someone was a hacker and got it off of one of the sites that we have ordered things from. We dont know how to get the money back. We called the 1800 number they gave us but you only get an answering machine. If anyone knows how we can get our money back please let me know. Thanks.
