Ripoff He rented my house oral aggrement for 7 months and not paying a dime and he claims he deserves to have his name on the title

I first did a deal with the person with no problem. For this time I bought a house from my partner and I was willing to give 50%for the profit to this person after selling the house minus all expenses and his personal debts. He occupied the house from november he said he will rent the place. I asked him to pay starting January. From that date he never send any dime he claims he is not a tenant and he should have his name in the title. I lend him already $6400.00 and he owns me $4550.00 for rent. He does not work so he has a lot of time bodering people until they gave up. I learned lately that I am not the only one he used. I am going for the hearing in 15 July and he is talking to put a lien on my property, the profit we supposed to get, he got it already$ 10.000.00. I am going to a lot of stress. I am alone and I do not want to lose my energy. From Fevrier I send me many certified mails claiming my rent or notice to quit, 3 days notice, a letter from my lawyer and nothing work. I am desespered. I cannot sale the house with him inside. He put the electricite and the water on his name. Please help. I ever learned that he rent my place and some people cannot give me proof that he owns them money and never paid them back.
