Ripoff, forgery my signature on contracts

I have been harrased by Cardservice International, and First Data Leasing, since Feb. They are saying that i signed a contract to use their debit card machines in my place of business, which i have never seen a contract or ever used their business.

I had a telephone with a representative of Cardservice International, one Scott Kabel in Jan and gave him some information over the phone. After that my bank account has been debited monthly, forcing me to close my account and open a new one. I have been trying to get a copy of the contract that i supposed to have signed since Mar. Finally i spoke with some lady employee of the business and she mailed me a copy of two contracts with my signature. None the less to say, the signatures have been forged. I have 37 letters from the company demanding immediate payment, or my account will be turned of to a collection agency.

I have contacted the District Attorneys office in Knox County Tennessee, and turned the matter over to him.
I wonder how many other people have been riped off by this company and how they are allowed to stay in business.
