Ripoff Take your money, no report, no reply, no refund, still waiting Boca Raton

I placed an order for $169.00 back in November. I waited the 30 days as they said it may take and still no report. I only received auto-responses back when I questioned thru e-mail. Finally, after I emailed in March of telling them I was reporting them, they asked me how I wanted my refund, check or pay-pal. I told them by check. They asked for mailing address. No check. I emailed and asked where the check was. They said it will go out this week. Well that was March. Still no refund! I stated I don't want the report any more, just a refund. They will not respond now. $169.00 rip-off!
