Ripoff Ebay Seller, Got my money but didn't send me the goods Never responded to my emails

I won an item from this seller on May 2. I sent him payment as requested via money order on May 10. He got my money but sent the item to the wrong address. When I sent payment I instructed him to send it to the correct address. The US mail tracking number states that the item was returned back to him on May 21st. I contacted him to try to resolve this issue 10 times but there has been no response from him whatsoever. I'm ticked because I know he got my item back and relisted it. He got paid twice for he same item and I never got anything. THIS IS BOTTOM FEEDER BEHAVIOR!

Rockdreams' practices are not professional in any way. He ships so much stuff he feels that he does not have to rectify situations when they go wrong. If you and I leave negative feedback then it does not matter to him. He has received The stuff he lists does seem good but they are not so good when you get robbed like I did. I can understand that people make mistakes but it is not a mistake when he ignores my repeated attempts to resolve this issue favorably.

He has received 125 negative marks out of 10,698 transactions. 17 have occured in the last month, 41 last 6 months and 73 within the last 12 months. I would not recommend him at all. Find someone else to buy from. You'd probably get your stuff.

I waited all this time before I decided to leave feedback here. Hopefully, he will resolve this issue favorably so that I have something good to report in the future. If he responds to this saying that the issue is resolved as some ebayers try to do to cover themselves, I would look to see if I CAME BACK TO THIS SITE TO SAY IT IS RESOLVED. Otherwise, he is a NOT BEING TRUTHFUL. Beware of the crooked practices of ebayer! Buy from someone else on ebay instead. I will from now on.
