Integrated Digital Marketing Solutions, Jake Abreau ripoff charged credit card, never said couldn't cancel within 12 hrs called to cancel

My name is Joseph. I need some help on a company Called IDMS.intergrated Digital Marketing Solutions.

On march 10 on Sunday night a person named Jake Abreau their talked me into a marketing deal. I really didn't want to start with them. Yes, I did give him my credit card. # over the phone. This was Sunday night 9pm. Said he was going to charge me $1550.. I really didn't sign anything.

The very next morning I called the credit card co. To cancel out the charge they said. They would put in a dispute. I said good. That same morning I called IDMS to cancel the charge and please do not put it thru This was 12 hours later, more than enough time to cancel charge. He put the charge in on the 11th. Not the 10th.

Then, Jake Abreau called me and I told him that I didn't want to go thru with this. He didn't, the night before even MENTION that once you place the order you can't back out of it! If he would say that I would have hung up the phone in his face, but he didn't even say anything after we talked last. Coward lousy bum is what the guy is. All they want is to con somebody. They don't even tell anybody the truth. Just grab, grab, grab. All I want to know is If there is a law that protects us from con people like them.

I think 12hours is most suitable to cancel this out. Now knowing he placed it on the 11th. Which is now less than 12 hrs. They say that their policy is you can not cancel this because it is advertising. BULL, Then at least tell us you can't cancel. Give us the option to continue the process.

I wonder what the Federal Trade Commission would do to this company, for pulling this kind of con If any. The credit card company after everything said it was true and that I agreed to this.

A few days after I spoke to Jake Abreau the Information he sent to me had the credit receipt was on the information for me to sign the receipt. I didn't sign it.

I copied some of it I was so mad and I sent it back UNSIGNED. Oh they say they have everything on recording. Well if that was so he has the truth of what went down. The Fed Trade Commission would have a field day with them. Truth aways prevails!

ps. When I found out what he did. I called him. Told him LETS talk, never called me back. (Oh but he would call me before constantly).

I'm yelling but this really is not right.
