Promised product KitchenMaidMixer in return for enrolling in services online-no mixer! Scam! Ripoff

I enrolled in many or the services advertised. I will get the rest of the information for you, if available, as to city, etc., but on their website they promise a product (in this case, a Kitchen Aid Mixer, apx retail value $249.00) if you complete offers on their "pages".in effect, it is a form of advertising.

I actually completed all of the offers on page one, three on page two, and three on page three. It is possible that one of the offers on page three didn't finish, but there were only two on each page required. I actually finished each enrollment within 48 hours. I probably have paid over $300 for everything that I have bought, but I HAVE enjoyed most of the products.

I have received four shipments of Gourmet Coffee, and they have notified me TWICE that they notified Product Opinion Panel that I was enrolled, but as of today, the Panel doesn't give me credit. I have tooth whitener, Disney movies, Serenity pills, Vitamins, numerous things, but still no mixer.

I have been very diligent about notifying them, and the other companies involved of my interest and fulfillment, but after the first message, they have ignored me. I have messaged Product Opinion Panel st least once a week. I don't even care about the mixer, at this point, but it is the opportunity for fraud, and the fact that I detest scammers, that has kept me going back.

I will do anything I have to, to make these people fulfill their part of the deal.

Any ideas?
