Fulfilled all requirements for Dell XPS and their pg 2 says I haven't

Miscellaneous

On Dec. 9 2010 I fulfilled all requirements and then some for the Dell XPS laptop. Between shipping and various trial offers that are time consuming to extricate oneself out from, it came to over $100. The two products required of their page 2 are actually in my house now. I overfulfilled on that page but the status page still says 2 offers required 2 offers remaining. Despite numerous calls to their 888-680-0168 helpline in which the supervisor was supposed to get back to me at one point... He didn't; and sending 5 very specific "tickets" to them, the page doesn't budge. Their response e-mails always say, "We have reviewed this issue." That's it. Nothing more. The issue doesn't resolve and there isn't any true way to interact with them as the "folks" over at the helpline will tell me that they can't look at the information on my screen. I can tell that this group although appearing to a have veneer of legitimacy doesn't in fact operate in an above board fashion. I want to get this straightened out because after the number on page 2 does... It still will take 6-8 weeks to get the computer.
