Ripoff Dishonest Billing ripoff yearly payments for Gold membership, which should cover two years at a time Internet

I have been using classmates since 8/22/01 and have paid yearly for goldmembership of $36.00 per year until last year I paid $56.00. These payments are supppose to be for two years at a time. This year on February 10th I was charged another $56.00 for two years. I paid $56.00 on 1/08/04 for a two year service.

I wonder how many others have paid these charges not thinking of when they last paid them. Every year I have to come up with a new em address and then they give me a hard time accepting the ones I give. I think we should keep what ever we start with, with oout this hassle. I calculate that they owe me seven years free service for the years paid since 8/8/01.

I am very dissappointed as this is such a good service for someone to take advantage of their customers. It is so good to keep intouch with old classmates. I have tried faxinf proof of charge to them but fax never goes through, so I tried an email asking for an address and never received an answer.

Can you help me in this matter. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Sate Of Louisiana Dept. Of Customer Protection I thank you for any help you may be able to provide me with this matter.
