This was also christmas. 11/21 i asked for a refund before the last 100.00 for a total of 200.00 taken from account 12/04 they said right cancell on this letter and mail back i did. Since then i have spoken with amanda 3 xs, cathy 1 x becky 5 xs michelle 2 xs maria 3 xs long distance calls no 1-800 # every 2 weeks i called.

Now i'm told i have to use it then cancell again?

I just found out i could have gone to my bank for help. Since the account is closed.

Please help me i dont know what to do
