Ripoff ripoff ripoff they stole my money and will not give it back

I recieved a phone call saying that I won a trip and all I would have to do is review a packet that I would recieve in the mail within 4 days. I still haven't recieved the package and I'm out not only out the $149 that they charged I'm also out $72 in NSF charges that they will not give back to me. I didn't authorize this charge. Now I want my money back and they will not give it back to me. This is the biggest RIP OFF! I've spoke with about 4 different people and they all have a diferent story of when I will get my money one said 24 to 48 hrs another said 2 weeks the other people hung up on me when I asked. Oh yeah minus the NSF charges
