I am being charge $300.00 for a credit card that I never ordered/activated according to my credit report. The charges are for materials of the credit card according to American Credit Educator. (Books and Tapes)

The expensive Books and Tapes ($300.00) currently sit on my credit report and are keeping me from purchasing a home.

I am currently disputing this, any information is Helpful.
