Ace ripoff

Eceived a bill in 2001 stating i owe $300 for some tapes & books they supposedly sent me in 1999. They said he UPS man left them in the entry way of my apt bldg. I never received nor did i order them. They couldnt provide me proof of dlvy either.

I am still getting bills and they reported to my credit report in 1999- it has been hurting me ever since. I need to know what to do. Please help =)
