Ripoff fraud business, still shows on credit report Denver Colorado

I disputed this false accusation almost a year ago. I have been trying to get my credit straight and come to find out when I receive my credit report a year later this (ACE) company is still showing I owe them $300.00.

I have NO recollection, NO proof of purchase for this credit educator package. I called there customer service hotline and have been informed if I don't have any paperwork stating I returned the package they have no choice but to charge my credit. I WILL NOT PAY for something I don't have in my possession.
