I was contacted by Ace Marketing after answering an onnline inquiry for Amazon.com. Ace Marketing was to provide websites and traffic to my website with amazon.com. Michael James is the initial contact person who laid out the dettails of the program being that Ace Marketing guarantees a return on my investment within six (6) months plus 25% — a 125% guarantee. He continued to stress that no other company offers a 125% guarantee on their investment. He explained that the first two months return would allow me to pay back my investment, the second two months would be profit and the last two months would be a reinvestment in the program for the next six months. He continued to stress the 125% guarantee. I am now going into month five and there has been zero transactions on my websites. Now I am being told that Ace Mareting will rework the websites for another six months. No, I was never told that. I do not want another six months. They have scammed me and given me false and misleading information. The refuse and continue to refuse to refund my investment. I have sent numerous e-mails and made numerous phone calls to try and resolve this issue. I was told by Steve who works in customer service that I could send an e-mail to the board of directors. I have asked repeatedly for the name and address of his supervisor and he refuses to give me that information. I asked for the name of the chairman of the board of directors and he refused. I asked for his e-mail address and phone number and he refused. I have asked repeatedly for him to respond to my requests and he continues to refuse. I signed wwith Ace Marketing in good faith, believing that they were honorable and trustworthy. All I want is my $1,200.00 plus the 25% they promised. I am also sending a complaint to the Attorney General's office. This is a complete scam. I believe they are taking advantage of people and scamming them and leaving me with no other recorse.
