American Hardwood Flooring Usa deceptive marketing fraudulent business practices no customer service comunications Nationwide

I am posting this complaint as my husband and I are also victims of this companies web of lies.

The company has at least one sales office located at 645 NE 181st Ave. Suite 473, Portland, Oregon 97230 Phone (866) 645-5334. We paid in full for the flooring in the middle of November using a check (big mistake!) and we still have not received the flooring (it is now March 18). We contacted the company multiple times and have been told numerous stories regarding the status of the flooring. It is now March and supposedly the flooring has been clearing customs since March 1st however, whenever I try to contact them now they are closed, the phone lines are all busy and I am told to leave a message, I have e-mailed the shipping manager several times and have received only an automated response stating that the shipping manager will respond to my e-mail within 72 hours this does not happen.

My husband and I are both sick as we have found this web-site and others detailing strikingly similar experiences with this company. However, now the "live chat" feature has been removed from the website, all calls go directly to voice mail or are "busy". We are very frustrated and worried that we will not receive the flooring. If anyone has any advice please contact us. Has anyone recieved their flooring??
