Freedom gold comtacted me by phone asking questions about my bank rounting numbers. I asked them why becuase i won this free package of all kinds of stuff. But never recived any package less than a month later they took $149.00 out of my account.

I had to call my bank see who took this amount out. They told me freedom gold, i asked if it had a phone # w / it, they gave me the 800#. I called the # and no anawser for aboutthree hours and when i got someone she was vet rude and ignorant, helling at me saying shae didn't like the way my tone was. So when i asked to speack to a supervisor she said she was (over my account) then she processed to tell my that her sup. Was busy on other calls. She hang up on me.

Called back 4 more times everyother person give me different answers. One said they will be out of a meeting at 6pm wouldn't you now it they close at 6pm so i got no where except to mail my request my refound in a mailed letter to there other company.
