Lease Finance Group claims they bought a contract from American Paywize corperation with my signiture for a four year lease contract for a credit card machine. It is not my signiture on the contract. They are rude and call me stupid and a liar and threaten my credit or to send me to a collection agency.

I returned the machine certified mail with a letter claiming that was not my signiture and a money order for the outstanding balance. They claim they need a copy of my drivers license, my ss# and a check from my finacial institution. Sounds fishy to me.

I am filing a complaint with the state attorney Ms. Madigan for Ill. This company wants to tie you into a contract for a 500 -1000 dollar machine for 3- 4000 thousand dollars and then you still dont own it! They fax you contracts hoping you will sign something you cant read and if you dont they will sign it for you. Watch Out!!
