I have been charged 9.95 for months... And got nothing but a recording... Please help

I was being charged $9.95 from this company for months i tried to call them but i get a recording all the time. I did get a credit report last year and that was all then i checked my credit card bill and i found out i was being charged by this company and never sighned up with them... How do i stop this
