A charge to my bell south phone bill showed up on 10/20/04. I called the service who was billing this to me on 11/20/04 and spoke with a leoni. She said this was authorized thru my work email. I informed her I didn't want this service and to cancel immediately. She assured me this would happen.

On 12/20/04 I was billed again, I called back at this time and spoke with a chris johnson who said he would cancel this service. Needless to say it continued. On 01/20 I spoke with nick smith who assured me it would be cancelled and a block put on my line. Next month another charge I then called my phone company and spoke with a ms jones. Sshe said she couldn't remove this from my bill.

I canceled my phone service at this time. On 03/22 I spoke with william miller with bell south he said to contact oan services and tell them I will contact a lawyer about these charges. So I called oan services again and spoke norberto on 032205 he informed me I would be credited for three months of service and that was it even though they had billed me for 6 months. He wouldn't give me his last name nor a manager or a address to send a letter to. I refered to the previous people I had talked to and he said they do not work there. Nneedless to say this has been a nightmare.
