O A N Services, USA Voicemail ripoff

I have had my bell south bill attached with oan -usa voicemail bill in the amount of 14.36 for the past 2 months. I have contacted them as i never authorized this service, they informed me they would remove the $14.36 a month ago & no further action was necessary.

This month i received another bill on my bell south phone bill. When i contacted bell south they told me its not there problem i was still responsible to pay the bill. I was cut off several times when asked to talk to bell south supervisor.

I beleive there is a conspiracy between oan and phone companies.
