United Cash Loan
Ripoff, never completed application, unathorized debiting from my account, wouldn't talk to me on the phone!

I was looking at cash advance loans on the internet and came across United Cash Loans. I wanted to just see how much we could get if we wanted to get a loan from them so I put in our information. It came back that we could get $300.00. It also said you have to sign and fax a document to authorize the transaction. I hadn't talked to my husband about this so I decided not to do it and figured that since I didn't authorize it by signing and faxing I wouldn't get the money.

We went out of town for vaction and when I came back I saw that $300.00 was put in my account. And had been used when my husband used our debit card for purchases. I tried to call them to tell them I did not want the money nor did I sign anything stating I did, but they would not talk to me. So I thought well I guess I better pay it back, so I faxed not once but twice that I would do a pay off of $50.00 monthly until paid off.

They repeatedly ignored it and started taking money out of my account. It was $90.00 every 7 to 10 days. And it was not taking any money off the actual loan. So I wrote them a letter and had to have my bank stop payments more than once. They even came Back under a different name and tried to take money out, but luckily my bank caught it.

Now it has been over six months and they are sending me a letter from a collection agency threating to get a jugdement against me. I am going to talk to a lawyer now. I don't know what else to do. I have never in my life dealt with such a dishonest business like this one!!!
