Ripoff fraudulent billing

I recieved a letter in the mail stating that I won $677,519.00. I showed it to my wife and we both starting looking at the things that can be done with such a money. As I read the letter a few times, something was not right. The letter said"you have won a cash prize", later on it said "Please note that this total as paid fully by the independent prize sponsors upon determination of winners is 100% confirned" this became skeptical.

I got curious and check it out on the internet. I am glad I did, only to fine out that it is a rippoff. I did not send the money of $21.95 that they were asking. This sucks and I hope that they get caught.
