Crystall Indoor Air Of Toronto Ontario Canada & K&E Internaltional Of Lake Worth Florida ripoff phone survey which resulted in product home demonstration for travel voucher & trip registration fees then defaulted on same., Lake Worth Florida

After receiving a questionable survey regarding air quality I was offered a trip voucher for a very high cost air cleaner home demonstration.

I followed up with Crystal Air for the Cruise travel "Freeport, Grand Bahamas Land & Sea Getaway". I was instructed to mail in my voucher to Cyrstal Air along with a self addressed stamped envelope. I then received an "Eligibility Registration Form" which required me to forward a $20 payment to Register with K & E within 30 days or have the offer voided.

Following this registration process, I received several cheap travel brouchures from K & E that required me to send in $109 per person for Port fees, Bahamian Departure Tax of $15 plus monies for meal plans, hotel-night stays before and after the trip and possible upgrades for several more hundreds of Dollars. Before sending any additional monies, I tried to get more trip details, previous traveller names for testimonials etc. Several e-mails in this regards received no response from K & E, telephone, e-mail or mail.

The only response I received to my recent e-mails is that Cyrstal Air has been doing business with K & E for the past 5 years with no problems and they suggested I again contact K & E for the additional information I require as well as previous satisfied trip customers.

I have e-mailed Crystal Air today, requesting my $20 "Freeport Bahamian" registration monies back and I requested their "Travel Voucher" option 2 for 2 free night 3 day Florida vacation.
