Ripoff, paid for travel voucher, never received anything, no contact, ignored

I received a free travel voucher from Entrepreneur Kids, Pal Desert, Ca.in April. I sent $12.00 per night for 3 nights, never received my travel voucher.
Affiliated with this company is My Free Travel, Chicago, Il. After trying to contact both companies, a response was. Will get back to you or we will send out voucher, I have received nothing. My paperwork does state they are part of the BBB, I have filed a complaint there too. The company that gave out this trip is Entrepreneur Kids, Palm Desert, Ca.
