Ripoff, fraud, scum site, liars

I went on there to check my credit report and they charged me for a visa card. I email them to cancel my service the same day and to say that I didn't authorize them to take out for the visa card, but they never contacted me back. I called their number but the number never rang, it stayed busy. They were going to charge me if I didn't cancel in five days. Since they wouldn't cancel me, I had to cancel my credit card so they wouldn't bill me for anything else.
