Ripoff Made Fraudulent Unauthorized Credit Card Billing Carson City

I received our company Visa bill and found a $9.95 charge from "MyPerfectCredit", which I had never heard of. Since we had reorganized our corporate structure and closed that account 3 months ago, I knew there was no activity on that card (the bank was supposed to close that Visa account.)

I called Visa and they issued a fraud report and reported the card as lost. After several tries, I contacted the phone number for MyPerfectCredit and explained that I didn't know who or what they were and that I'd never made that charge. I was told that even though I was NEVER A MEMBER, I would be sent a CANCELLATION EMAIL that I had to fill out and return. Well, that was 3 days ago and guess what? No email. I just found their web site and sent them an email.

I'm really concerned with how they got our credit card number. I've read some of the other listings; we ordered Net Detective once about a year ago but we've never had our credit checked. I think someone should seriously investigate this company for fraud.
