They lure Chief Executive Officers to pledge their retirement savings against loose partnerships in which they lose their savings. Principal of the firm: E. Michael Daspin has seved time in a Federal prison for bankruptcy fraud and been the subject of articles in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal depicting his malicious actions, however, he continues to defraud and destroy the lives of hardworking businesspeople and must be stopped.
