Capital Corp of America, AKA First Cap Corp, Return on Capital, Return on Equity and who knows how many other corporate names over the past 30 years, has renamed itself as Capital Corporation Inc.

It continues to operate the same Ponzi like scheme, roping in new "partners" who pay tens of thousands of dollars for the promise of migrating to a new corporate start up. Most leave, often within weeks, in disgust and embarrassment for having been duped.

Potential corporate clients are run through the same gauntlet, having to pay tens of thousands of up front fees and their corporate assets for the privilege of having Capital Corp evaluate their business and joint venture to "try" to raise them money on a best efforts basis.
