Cingular Wireless, Formerly AT&T Double billing, account number changes and false internet billing Ripoff

I originally had AT&T Wireless for years and never had a problem but, since the Cingular/AT&T merge life has been hell dealing with these people. I have 6 phones with them and and two of them they started without my authority, automatic draft from my checking account causing a bounced check, or should I say a denied draft to them.

Even though the account was not delinquent prior to this unauthorized draft my phone was disconnected and of course I was charged an "overdraft" charge by my bank. They credited my account the $25 reconnection fee because they couldn't not charge it.

After any little change to an account they change the account number for the account and I keep getting two bills for some of my phones and they aren't even for the same amount. How can one phone # have two different account numbers at the same time and have different amounts owed on them, actually why would any company ever change the account number on any account. I sometimes don't recieve a bill and the website will not let me log in and sometimes tells me to create another account but then tells me that account already exists and but, still won't let me log in.

I also have recieved charges for internet usage which was not even on my account, I had it free for the first month then cancelled it while I was still with AT&T and now cingular is telling me that I have it and that I actually have to have it because of the phone I have which I know can not be true.

It doesn't matter if my phone is capable of internet, I don't want it. I was never charged for internet service on my bill then suddenly I was charged a significant sum for internet usage (which was never used) and now they tell me it is part of my plan all of a sudden. I would like to anyone who can assist me in getting intouch with an attorney working on a class action lawsuit or can help me out in anyway. Thank You.
