Ripoff Trying to collect nonexistent debt

I too received a letter from NCO Financial Systems, Inc stating that I owe $287.20 to EBAY. I also checked my ebay account to see if someone had been bidding on my account, and I have no new items purchased or negative feedback.

Apparently I am not the only one to have gotten a letter like this. I am just not sure how to handle it. It is obviously some kind of scam.
