Have you contacted the State Attorney General of N.Y. Regarding this company... Also, the consumer protection services in N.Y. Are pretty good... I've had great success with them helping me get money back from ripoff companies... Did you ever get the $1,950 from TCRM? How great would that be to do business... Get the money up front, change the terms and then KEEP THE MONEY when all the terms have changed... How can they get away with that when the contract y ou signed does not reflect the changes? You apparently signed a totally different set of terms... I've know of several people who have had bad experiences with them too... Keep us posted... Thanks
