Ripoff attempted collection of a nonexistent debt and Phipadelphia and Pennsylvania

I received a collection letter in the ammount of $44.21 RE Ebay. Everything I have bought on Ebay has been paid with Paypal and I show no outstanding balances or negative feedback. I have attempted to call these people numerous times and only get voice mail. I left a message and havent heard back from them. From other reports this is a total ripoff. I don't know what to do. I don't want my spotless credit report damaged because of a fradulent company. Beware!!!
