Center Charges late fees on payments received before due date ripoff

I recently ordered a Bow Flex from The Nautilus Group. Unfortunately HC Processing Center is where my payments are received, for some unGodly reason. I send my payments faithfully and early every month via electronic transfer from my bank. But HC Processing doesn't care that I send my payments 10 days early. They make sure they don't post the payment until the day after it is due and then claim that they did not receive it on time.

I happen to know that my electronic bank payments are received within 24 hours after sending them. I have called them to straighten this matter out, but they have no intention to reverse this late fee and claim that they are legally just. I have filed grievances and hope this company is investigated for their unfair business practices. If all companies are allowed to do this, what will stop them from waiting months to post payments?

I have excellent credit and pay my all my bills ontime. I know that there are laws that protect consumers from this type of fraud. I can only imagine how many other people are being ripped off by this company in this way without knowing that it is unfair and illegal.
