Ripoff! Company takes 5-7 days to process checks. Late fees despite payments arriving before due date

I have experienced late fees despite payments arriving before due date. My bank called the 866-503-0872 number and spoke to an CSR who was not the most polite. We [bank & myself]were told by the csr that card processing center takes up to 5-7 days to process checks. My advice to all is to schedule your payments to arrive 7 days before the due date. I have been charged late fees on our 3 last payments. I am trying to get credits.
