Ripoff, charging late fees for paying on account before due date

HC Processing, don't be fooled. I also bought a bowflex, and my payments are sent to HC Processing. I have never been late, actually i pay my payments before they are due. But i recently received a late notice, and they were charging me a $39.00 late fee. I called them, and they were not going to do anything to try and resolve my issue. So, i make my payments, but im not paying that FEE...
