9Days2Pay paid my company for advertising then filed a chargeback for $1000 when the advertising was just starting and I had to pay out of my own pocket

The Company 9Days2Pay.com hired my company HaileysComet Rotator Advertising Co-Op to advertise all of their affilates links. The sum of $1000 was paid to my stormpay account. Then when StormPay removed them from their service the 9Days2Pay company made a charge back against my company after the advertising was paid for out of my own account and StormPay took $1000 out of my account without contacting me about it or asked any questions.

The advertising that they paid for was already sent to publishers and companys that was handling the advertising and before I knew what happen StormPay took the money and gave it back to him without giving me the chance to explain what we where doing. My company does advertising for many affiliate programs and because this guy was mad that StormPay stopped working with him he decided that he would do a charge back against my company which put me in the rears by $500!

I am looking for legal help about this as I can not get anyone to respond to my request. Without even looking into this StormPay just decided to take the funds out without contacting me. We have already paid for the advertising and now I am at the point that all my money is gone because of this. If there is anything someone can do I would be grateful. I have statements from the publishers and business owners that was running the advertising and all the emails that was swapped between myself and the people I work with. Please send someone my way so I can find out what can be done about this guy Alan.

I also have all the affiliate links and hits or visits that had already stared when this happen.
