Dr. Glen Steagall
Takes your money and runs, lies, breaks agreements

Internet & Web

I purchased guaranteed 100 signups for an Internet program from Dr. Glen Steagall in May. I paid $1627.00 via Stormpay.

He did not perform this service. He returned $200 to me, in two payments of $100, only after I reported him to Stormpay.

Reported him to Stormpay at least twice.

He communicates only under threat from outside authorities.

There is always some "excuse" for why he cannot refund my payment or communicate with me.

His son died. He was hit by several hurricanes. He had surgery.

Very poor communication. He always is stating he will get back to me shortly or by next Monday or Wednesday and then it doesn't happen. He'll go months at a time without communication. Only responds under duress.

There has been some communication, but only when I mention Stormpay or lawyers.

Now that Stormpay is out of business, there's no leverage there anymore.

I have his address and will search for it and provide it soon. He lives in Florida. He is also involved with a program that works with Florida lottery.

Overall, Dr. Steagall's efforts to work with me, communicate with me and refund my payment have been feeble, erratic and frustrating.

However, he did not "blow me off" totally, mostly because he did not want Stormpay to freeze the funds in his account. Had it not been for that aspect of things, I believe he would have ignored my communcations totally.
