Not only raised my bill but brought upon my family wrongfull stress

When I received my monthly phone bill, after Christmas, I was worried about the e-xtra charges, that I knew I hadn't made. As a single mother of three young ones I struggle to get by as it is.

Well, since I had recently gone through a similar situation, where a few hundred dollars was illeagaly charged to a past bill of mine through DSL, I knew I had a right to dispute.

However, I will not be completely compfortable, until I know for sure, that jerks like these will be caught and forced to pay in one way or another.
