Homeworks Plus ripoff

I reviewed my bank statement today online and found a fraudulant charge of 199.95 from a company named AP*9HOMEWORKSPLUS. The phone number given was 877-499-7646 but when called it was not in service. Through research I disputed this charge to a "Phillip" at 888-394-6932—thankfully this number was found on another consumer complaints. He states that I was also charged $149.96 in January. I disputed the $14.95 charges previously and got most of them returned but was unaware of the $149.95 charge. My mom died 12/03-probably wasn't attentive.

Phillip stated that these charges were somehow placed because I didn't return something they sent me in the mail— how they got my credit card info I'm still not sure.

This money should be returned to me— whoever this company is and how they get customer numbers should be identified. I will never do business with any company that allows this type of trail develop again.
