Government grant ripp-off

Mans name Ralph Carter#0535 supposed grant 8000.00 for payment of 257.00 wouldn't provide any real info and when asked to let me check out co. Said bank routing# had to be given now before comp. Could be checked out of course I said NO and I would check the comany out&for them to call back after I checked it out but all he was interested in was trying to make feel guilty for loosing out on the cash if I didn't make a decision now. I also asked how did he get my PH# he tried to talk aruond that issue and If he had my SSN# he also tried to talk around that while always saying that I would have 10 days to cancel the transaction then he wouldn't answer if he wasgoing to pay the cancellation fee from the bank. When it came down to it he got no INFO out of me! Then I told him he was a fraud and full of B. S and how he could steal $ from people like that then hung up
