Bank of America is performing an investigation. I hope to recover my $149.00. This transaction occurred on 12/20/04 and I've posted it as it appears on my electronic statement:

I changed the name above to comply with the statement below. I believe the only way I can stop this is to close and re-open a new account. No Christmas presents this year!
