Ripoff claimed they do custom book reports

Essaytown.com claimed they do custom book reports. Wanting to get an idea of how a book report works I sent away from one. They sent a report on the wrong book, I did including all needed information on the book including ISBN#. The report they sent was crap to say the least. They would not reedit it because they said it was what I ordered, and told me There will be no refund, and referred me back to their policy stating that they edit if not satisfied? Paypal does not intervene unless it is a tangible good, so they get away with the rip off.
