Is anyone paying attention this bank is still forclosing on me even though i am in chapter13 the trustee and lawyers dont seem to see what they are up to my original loan dec 97 was for 105000 after paying 1224 a month for 7 years they want 117000 plus fees.in my view this is extortion. Can anyone help?
