Ripoff Mortgage Loan Will Not Go Down

I, have had this loan for (4) years and I, have only paid a few hundreds of dollar, s and the loan just will not go down. When I called them they said it was the amount that I, was paying and the interest. I, ll be paying for a loan the rest of my life.
