Ripoff I began noticing charges on my card that I didn't initiate. My card was consistently over my limit even when I didn't use it

Beginning in October I began noticing charges on my credit card that I did not initiate. I disputed the charges with the company that issued my card. They took the charges off. Because of these charges my credit card keeps going over my limit - assessing a 29.00 fee each time.

I am considering canceling my card at this point to stop these charges, but I'm not sure if that will stop the charges.
