GalleriaUSA - Snapfish
Com Fraudulent charges Requested to be transferred to a supervisor and claimed credits will be issued for 4 months I do hope they will credit my account

I happen to review my card statements for 4 months and I found charges from GalleriaUSA which I never authorized. I only registered with Snapfish.com which is a free photosharing. I don't know what GalleriaUSA's relationship with this company but then they've been charging my account since Dec. I called 800-411-8104 and I spoke with customer service and she was just going to credit my account for 1 month & cancel the account I never set up with them. I requested to be transferred to a supervisor which she agreed to credit my account in full for 4 months. I do hope they will credit my account. Otherwise, I will be back here creating another report.
