Ok, i have a two year old daughter, work full time, have a husband, and starting a business. I don't have the patience or the time to sit on a phone for god knows how long, and every time speak to the same person. I tried various times to view the page that tells me i have completed the course, nothing then i call in three times and the same person says "he was sending me an email with verification that i have completed the course. This school is un-equiped to service animals. Can't believe i had to go through all this for ten percent off insurance.
